We provide fresh raw goat milk that has been carefully filtered and jarred immediately after milking our does. We milk our does separately and know exactly which jar comes from which doe, in case you develop a favorite. :) The milk does not have the standard "goaty" smell or taste. Come see for yourself. Great for anyone with Lactose A allergies or intolerance (like us!).

Raw Milk

We offer a variety of home made kefir, made from our fresh raw goat milk. We are currently offering plain, blueberry, and strawberry flavors, but we'll add seasonal fruit flavors in the summer.


Our kefir ferments at room temperature for 4-5 days, and we use fresh raw milk directly from milking. The milk is never refrigerated before starting the kefir fermentation process.


All of the kefir grain bacteria and yeast cultures are listed below.

We make fresh goat milk cheese, using only 4 ingredients:


- raw milk

- distilled white vinegar

- freshly-squeezed lemon juice

- salt


Our goat cheese also does not have a "goaty" smell or taste, and has the consistency of a crumbled feta.

We have lots of whey that is the by product of making cheese. We have both acidic whey and sweet whey. There are so many different ways to use this magic ingredient. 

Here are a few ideas:
