We take our delicious goat milk and cook it ever so gently on low heat, with distilled white vinegar and freshly-squeezed lemon juice. We let it drain to allow the whey to drop out through a fine cheese cloth. The cheese is transferred into a small mason jar, vacuum sealed and immediately refrigerated.
You'll see a label similar to the one below on every jar of goat cheese that is sold, whether in the store or directly to our customers. The dates and name of the source doe will changes appropriately.
