We take our delicious goat milk and pour it right over kefir grains. These grains provide the healthy bacteria and yeast to turn the milk into kefir. We take fresh milk and add it to the grains, never adding milk that has already been in the fridge so that there is no temperature difference.
The grains turn the milk into kefir in about 2-3 days. We drain the kefir into mason jars and vacuum seal them, and refrigerate immediately.
You'll see a label similar to the one below on every jar of kefir that is sold, whether in the store or directly to our customers. The dates and name of the source doe will changes appropriately.
